  2. Each participant may only submit once for each monthly quiz. Each submission shall entitle the participant a chance to win 1 Philips iCare LED desk lamp and additional 10 cash points for Family Rewards members.
  3. To qualify, you are required to have the correct answers to the three questions in the quiz.
  4. Prizes are awarded at the discretion of Philips Electronics (S) Pte Ltd, which reserves the right to replace, amend or withdraw any prize without prior notice.
  5. Each winner will be notified via email approximately two (2) week after the quiz has ended. Details and instructions on collection of prizes will be provided upon notification of winning. Any prizes not collected or redeemed shall be forfeited. Any winner whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Philips Electronics (S) Pte Ltd.
